My Dad, Arley, took all us girls to St. George on a historical tour. We stopped at many Church history sites, and got to see and meet family, and stay with our wonderful friend Sandra Perrie.
My name is Mariah. I grew up on a farm in Wyoming, and I LOVED it! It was the best place a little girl and her cousins could grow up. There was always something fun to do like finding kittens, feeding calves, riding in the tractors, jumping from the loader bucket into soft cottonseed, building forts and playing 'house' in them, chasing chickens and catching them and hypnotising them. These were all fun things that we did together. As I grew up I changed from playing on the farm so much to working. Work was so fun too, because I got to work with my family, and especially my Dad. I learned so much on the farm, lessons of life, lessons on growing things, patience, and the blessings of good, hard work. I continued to grow and made my way to college at BYU-Idaho, where not only did I earn my bachelors degree in Horticulture, but I also acheived the MRS degree when I met and married my wonderful husband, Colby. We have been married almost a full year now, and are learning and growing together, cherishing every minute.
